Our Lady of Salem News

  • Night and Day Success!
Thank you to all of the attendees and donors of Night and Day: A Jazz Fundraiser held on Saturday at the Lovett’s home. The event and silent auction raised more than $7,000! Joyner Horn did a fantastic job organizing the beautiful two-performance event as well as performing in it. We are also grateful to Dr. Robert Matthews who played the piano beautifully and Eric Powell, a talented baritone. And of course, thanks to the Lovetts for sharing their beautiful home!

  • Volunteer Openings for November
We have several openings next week that we would love to fill:

Check-In and Dinner Provider Friday, November 28 (Join St. Timothy’s Parishioners Frances Miller and Piper Machado who are also volunteering that night!)

    Dinner Provider Saturday, November 29

Check-In and Hospitality Sunday, November 30

  • Our Lady of Salem opened its doors on Saturday, November 15
Our shelter opened successfully this past Saturday and we are serving between 13 and 20 guests each night. Thank you for your prayers and support. They make a huge difference.

  • Help support Kyla’s Eagle Scout project in support of Our Lady of Salem
